Prepaid parking cards are available at parking offices across different car parks. They cost Ksh.400.

You can view your statement on the Evopay Africa Mobile app or send an email to conctactcenter@evopay.africa and request for it. Please note to quote your card number on the email.

We offer 24-hour support at all our parking sites. ‘press for assistance’ at all the devices to reach our staff. We also have a contact centre available Monday – Sunday from 7am to 8pm reachable on +254 709 639 111 / 116 or contactcenter@evopay.africa.

Begin the process by getting your bill either by entering your License Plate number or your Ticket ID. Once you have your bill, scroll down and select ‘third party voucher’ for Carrefour vouchers or ‘Evopay vouchers’ for other vouchers. For carrefour vouchers, once selected, scan the barcode or QR code on your receipt and apply the voucher. For Evopay vouchers, once selected, choose the voucher you would like to use and apply it. 

Yes. When you make your payment by M-pesa, the link to your ETR receipt is sent in the Evopay confirmation message. You can also visit the this link and enter your Mpesa code to get an ETR receipt: https://receipts.evopay.africa/
