As an Evopay merchant, you are able to buy vouchers and make them available to many or assign them to specific app users. General vouchers are available to all app users or visitors of a specific car park. Special vouchers are available to individual users and can be assigned by the Merchant or Sub merchants of the merchants choosing. This means you can have one campaign running across various outlets!

With our vouchers you can discount any amount from as low as Ksh.10, the vouchers can be redeemed multiple times, across multiple car parks and the best part is that the merchant gets to set all voucher attributes at the point of purchase! The cost per voucher is Ksh.10.

How to redeem Carrefour voucher using the Evopay Africa Mobile App

Open the Evopay app, on the menu at the bottom of the screen, choose ‘parking’.

On the Parking screen, choose whether to scan QR on your ticket, enter your License plate number (LPN) of Ticket ID. Select your choice on the menu at the top.

Enter you License plate number (LPN), Ticket ID or scan the QR code on your Ticket. Select ‘Continue’ once done.

Review your bill select ‘Third party Voucher’.

Voucher details appear as below. Confirm details and proceed.

If there is no additional bill, you’ll see the screen below. If there is an additional bill, follow the prompts to settle it.
